You may close your phswerti account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
